Mr. Steve Adams, Director of Endura, has been in the flooring profession for the last 42 years. He started back in 1978 with a flooring contracting company in Basingstoke where he learned both sides of the flooring trade, from the contract vinyl installations to carpet fitting. In 1984 he set up as a self-employed fitter subcontracting to a company in Windsor and stayed with them until 2001. Steve then went onto a directorship within another carpet company in Windsor. In 2006 he set up Endura Flooring Contractors based in Aldermaston, Berkshire, along with financial director Ian Parfett. They set up solely as a flooring contractor, servicing AWE Aldermaston and Burghfield, Hampshire County Council, building contractors, letting agencies, hospitals, and many other organisations. Endura work closely with some of the leading flooring suppliers and material manufactures including F-ball and Polyflor.
This enabled them to gather knowledge and experience on the sub-floor preparations that is second to none. In 2019 the Directors decided to take all their knowledge and experience into the retail side and opened an independent company called Endura, which is within the grounds of Elm Park Garden Centre, Aldermaston Road, Pamber End. Endura's team has experience working in the commercial industry and in domestic flooring and we pride ourselves on installing to the highest standards across the south of the country. Our fully trained fitters are motivated and skilled. They are technically competent and CSCS registered. We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge on all sub-floor preparations, you will be pleased to know your home will be in safe hands with us.
